The pay scale for the post is fixed in the range of Rs. 27,700 to Rs. 44,770 (pre-revised).

Qualifying Marks
The Commission has prescribed different qualifying marks for different categories. However, if a large number of reserved category posts remain vacant, the Commission may lower the qualifying marks further.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 23 years and 35 years of age as of December 28, 2023.
Educational Qualification:

A degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution. |

Enrolment as an Advocate in the roll of the Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of the advertisement. |

Ability to read, write, and speak Bengali (not required for those whose mother tongue is Nepali). |

The English Composition section includes synonyms and antonyms, idioms and phrases, vocabulary tests, phrasal verbs, words with multiple meanings, and appropriate use of qualifying words.

Interview Stage
The interview is the final stage of the exam.
