Eligibility Criteria for the vacancy
To apply for the Haryana ADA exam 2025, the candidates must meet these requirements:
Education – You need a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university. You must also be registered as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
Language – You should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit at least up to the 10th class (Matriculation).
Age Limit – Minimum age is 21 years, and the maximum is 42 years as of 2 September 2025. Relaxation in age is allowed for certain categories as per government rules.
Nationality – You can apply if you are:

· A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
· A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or

Exam Process for the Examiantion
The selection process has three stages:
v Screening Test – Objective (Multiple Choice Questions) – 100 Marks
v Subject Knowledge Test – Descriptive questions – 150 Marks
v Interview – 12.5% weightage in final merit
The exam will be conducted in offline (pen and paper) mode.
